Socatots Membership Policy

Free Taster Session

When you sign up for your taster session we expect you at the next upcoming session that you have booked. We limit ONE free Taster Session per child. 

Rescheduling a Taster Session 

To reschedule your Free Taster Session the original booking must be cancelled BEFORE the Free Taster Session starts. Another Free Taster Session can be booked thereafter.

Socatots Membership

When you sign up for the free Taster Session you are also signing up for your Socatots Membership with a FREE first week (starting from your free Taster Session date, not from the day you sign up).

Monthly Membership Fee

Your Socatots membership fee is based on an annual calculation:

40 Sessions x Session Cost (at the time you sign up) divided by 12 = Monthly Membership Fee amount

The amount of sessions will vary each month, depending on the amount of weeks in the month, term breaks and holidays. Your monthly membership fees must continue throughout the year regardless of the actual amount of sessions in the month in order to maintain the annual price that you currently pay.

Membership fees are collected in advance for a month’s worth of classes on the date of sign up and/or automatically 6 days after a free Taster Session has taken place. 

Other payment variations, such as one-off payments, may occur with specialty sessions and/or events such as camps, one to one sessions, birthday parties etc. These are to be paid separately to your monthly membership.

Delaying or Cancelling your Sessions After your Taster Session 

If you would like to hold off on signing up all you need to do is go to your online portal (where you signed up) and simply cancel your payment after your Taster Session, but before the 7 days has passed. We cannot guarantee your space in the class if you wait to sign up.’ 

Missed Sessions

If for some reason you are unable to attend, you can catch up on your missed session at one of our alternative sessions on another day (subject to availability). Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for missed sessions. This does not include your free Taster Session. See below for details.

Socatots Kit

The Socatots kit is a mandatory requirement and will need to be worn throughout your child’s time at the Socatots. The full Socatots Kit includes a football top, shorts, football socks, bag and sticker book and can be ordered via our online shop here.

Cancelling Your Membership

If you do not want to sign up for regular sessions you may cancel your payment at any time through your online portal within 6 DAYS after your Free Taster Session has taken place.

If you choose to stay with us, and we hope you do, you may cancel your membership at any time in the future. To avoid paying the Monthly Membership Fee please give us 30 DAYS notice before your fee is due so we can cancel your payment and make your space available the following week.
